Your contact details (email and phone number) are required at the time of booking and you must be reachable via those details on your day of arrival.

Shuttle service is offered to the nearest train station and to Kansai International Airport. Please contact the property directly in advance to organize any pick-ups or drop-offs.

Guests are advised to make use of the pick-up service when travelling from the nearest train station, as it is located far away from the property.

Late check-in after 22:00 is not possible at the property.

Early check-in is available between 15:00 – 18:00 at a fee, if requested in advance. Luggage storage is available free of charge.

Please be informed that guest rooms are all located on the 3rd floor, and the property does not have a lift. Heavy luggage can be stored in the staff’s closet on the ground floor. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. For guests staying in Osaka, this tax will only apply to stays which begin on and after 1 January 2017. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
